What are my payment options?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Will I receive an order confirmation and shipping updates?
Yes, an order confirmation will be emailed to you automatically as soon as you place your order. All subsequent updates will be emailed as well to the email provided.

Can I cancel my order once it is placed?
We have a 24 hour grace period from the time you place your order during which time you may cancel. After 24 hours all custom made orders, including but not limited to furniture and special order items may not be returned, cancelled or exchanged.

How do I wash the Toastie Toddler®?
The Toastie Toddler is machine washable. Close all zippers and Velcro before washing. With the Couture Toastie Toddler you should remove the inner poly down liner before washing. Turn the Toastie Toddler inside out, wash separately in mild detergent on a gentle cycle. Do not put in the dryer.

Does the Toastie Toddler® fit all strollers?
The Toastie Toddler should fit all types of strollers. It has a universal system for the harness straps to come through and the Velcro attachments are provided to fit all types of strollers.

How do I put the Toastie Toddler® in my stroller?
It is easy! You unvelcro the Velcro straps. The back flap of the Toastie Toddler goes over the back seat of the stroller. Pull the harness straps through the holes provided. Velcro the attachments either around the tubing of the stroller or to each other in the back of the seat of the stroller, whichever is easier. You are now set to go!

Can I get a catalog?
Sorry, we do  not currently have a printed catalog. All items available for sale are on the website and can be ordered through our secure online shopping cart, by mail, fax or phone.

Do you sell Gift Certificates?
Yes! You can give the gift of Mobile Moms to your family and friends with our gift certificates. They are available in any denomination and are good towards any purchase from our online store www.mobilemoms.com The printed certificate you can see online and it can be mailed directly to you or the recipients with a gift message.

Do you gift wrap?
Some of our products can be gift wrapped for an extra charge. This is shown as a choice on the products that can be gift wrapped. However, we do recognize the fact that many orders are shipped directly to gift recipients and therefore we will not show on the order any prices and we can include a gift message with your gift.

What is your policy for a return?

We only accept returns on items that have been ordered from our website and within 10 days of receipt. You must have it in the packaging and unused in order for us to accept it back.

What is your policy for a damage or broken zipper?

We rarely have damages; however, zippers can break occasionally as they do on purses and luggage ie. items that are used frequently. If you have a broken zipper and your product is a year old we cannot fix it since we change the zippers each year. If your item was recently purchased we can fix it for a $25.00 charge. You can send it back with a check or money order enclosing your name, address and phone number so we can send it back to you.
